Report apartment renovations
Planning a renovation or other changes to your apartment? Don’t forget to notify us using this form. Please be patient and wait for approval before starting any work. We will always contact the shareholder once the permit has been granted!
Report electricity consumption
Do you want to report your electricity consumption? Well, you came to the right place. Don’t forget to include those important account details.
Report water consumption
Would you like to report your water consumption? Be sure to include those important account details! If a separate service fee is charged for water adjustments (e.g., additional adjustments when a tenant changes), our customer service will notify you separately.
Fill out expense reimbursement
Here, you can submit your housing company’s expense receipts for payment processing. If necessary, we will obtain approval from the board for the expenses.
Submit a maintenance request
Oops, has something broken? No worries! You can report it using this form. However, please note that fault reports should primarily be directed to the maintenance company.
Update your contact information
Here, you can provide your contact information and choose your preferred communication channel for matters related to your housing company. Please note that this notification does not replace a moving notification, which must be submitted separately.
Reserve/cancel a sauna session or parking spot
Do you wish to enjoy some sauna time or need a parking spot? You can easily reserve or cancel your sauna session and parking slot through the link provided.
Order a shareholder’s key
Are you the property owner in need of a key? We’ve got you covered! Please note that only shareholders are authorized to order keys, and we will verify all requests against the ownership register. If you’re a tenant, remember to ask the owner for a power of attorney
Order a contractor’s key
Are you a contractor in need of a key? We got you! Our processing time is approximately 3-5 business days. If your request is urgent, please contact our customer service after filling out the form. Once your order is processed, we will notify you about key collection or delivery options.
Submit a moving notice
When a property owner or resident knows they are moving in or out, it’s time to submit a moving notification. You can access the moving notification form here:
Please note that you also need to inform local authorities, such as the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and the National Land Survey. Read more in our article.
