How do I submit a change of address notice?
When you are moving in or out, you need to submit a written change of address notice to both the property management and the maintenance company. The maintenance company will handle the name change on the door. We recommend using the electronic form for your notice. Additionally, you must notify the Digital and Population Data Services Agency here: dvv.fi/muutto. It’s as simple as that!
Where do I report a problem in my home?
If you notice a problem in your home or in common areas of the property, please report it immediately to the property maintenance team. If the property doesn’t have a maintenance company, you can submit a notice to property management using the electronic form here. Please note that property management operates during specific service hours, and in cases of urgent water damage, it’s best to contact a plumbing service directly.
How do I order extra keys?
Only the shareholder can order additional keys for their unit. The owner is also responsible for any costs associated with the extra keys. However, the owner can authorize their tenant in writing to order or pick up additional keys. In this case, the authorization must be submitted to the property management office before the key order is placed with the locksmith.
How can I get the door code for my property?

Where can I find basic information about my property, such as internet access, parking spaces, or sauna bookings?
Most basic information about your property can be found in the resident portal here or in the property’s annual report. Our helpful customer service representatives are also always available to assist you with any housing-related questions.
